Roger Waters will be hitting the stage in Dunedin on Tuesday 30 January for an incredible show which will wow the audience! Here are some handy tips to help you enjoy the evening!

Gate opening times

Gates will open at 6.30pm and Roger Waters will be on stage to open the show at 8pm. Please check your ticket for the correct entry Gate. Everyone will have a quick search on arrival which may cause delays so plan ahead and get here a little earlier than what you had planned to.

Once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to re-enter. 

Ticket collection

If you selected Venue Pickup as your delivery method and have not yet collected your tickets, you can pick up from Forsyth Barr Stadium reception through Gate J Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm prior to event day.

If you cannot collect your tickets until event day, the Speight’s Stand Ticket Office between Gates A & J will be open from 12noon.

All Venue Pickup tickets must be collected and personally signed for by the credit card holder. For identification purposes, the credit card holder must present personal ID, the credit card which was used when purchasing the tickets and the account confirmation number.

Merchandise

You will be able to purchase merchandise from both the Speight's Stand and the North Stand. 

What can/can't I bring into the Stadium?

Food and drink are not allowed in the venue with the exception of:

  • Bottles of water, up to 1 litre, with seals unbroken
  • Homemade food- sandwiches, cakes, fruit
  • Special foods for dietary requirements
  • Baby food and liquids
  • Small tetra-pak fruit juices

Professional cameras and video/audio recorders are prohibited. 

There will be bag searches on entry into the venue.

Please note there will be no cash out facilities. 

Keep warm

Whilst Forsyth Barr Stadium has a roof, it can still get cold. You are welcome to bring a blanket along with you to the concert to keep warm.

Parking

Parking at the Stadium in the East End car park is only for Forsyth Barr Stadium Members with permits. 

There is free limited car parking all around the harbour area.

Mobility parking

There are 7 mobility spaces available in the East End car park, additional spaces are available on Logan Park Drive and you can also drop-off at the Stadium through the East End car park. 

Strobe effects

Please be aware that there will be strobe effects during the show. 

Safety

If you have any issues or concerns at your seat throughout the concert, please contact a Stadium staff member who will assist you. You may also text 027 486 7859 from your seat for assistance.
