Chop the prawns up finely, then add to the pork mince and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Mix well with your hands. Put a tablespoon of mix in dumpling wrapper and wet the outside, then fold in half and seal closed with your hands.
Steam for 4 to 5 minutes or pan fry in sesame oil.
Dipping Sauce
Combine all ingredients.
