Tennis Otago hosted the first ever tennis event under the roof on Sunday, September 17!

Kids of Otago were encouraged to jump on court and give tennis a go at Tennis Hot Shots, with smaller courts, lighter raquets and super-hittable balls, making trying out tennis lots of fun for all ages and abilities.

There was a Have A Go Zone for first timers, Tournament Zone for experienced young players, and Fun Zone for everyone to make this a great family day out.

On top of all the tennis was also jugglers and street performers, face painters, a bouncy castle, a tennis coconut shy and a mayoral match up featuring Mayor Dave Cull on court!

Thank you to all who took part in this fun community event!
