Forsyth Barr Stadium is available for use by not-for-profits and community organisations throughout the year. From festivals and events to school shows and Galas – the Stadium is available for the community.

Applications are open twice per year
March - For events held July-December
September - For events held January-June
Who can apply?
The Community Access Grant is available to charities, not-for-profits and incorporated societies.
Make sure you meet the criteria outlined in our guidelines below.
What's covered?
This is dependent on your event type and venue required. You may be eligible for full or partial venue hire subsidy in addition to cover towards security, cleaning and resource hire.
