At Forsyth Barr Stadium, the year was filled with unforgettable experiences, from blockbuster stadium spectacles to meaningful community gatherings that brought people together in all kinds of ways.
A year of standout moments
Under the roof at Forsyth Barr Stadium, fans turned out in huge numbers for some truly memorable events. Highlights included a sold-out test match featuring the All Blacks and New Zealand’s first-ever Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live, which delivered high-energy entertainment and drew audiences from across the South Island.

The story of 2025 can also be told through its scale. Across the year, thousands of attendees walked through our doors, hundreds of events were delivered, and strong growth across digital and social channels helped more people than ever discover what’s happening in our venues.
Growing our online audiences has meant stronger visibility for our partners and promoters, greater awareness of community initiatives, and deeper connections with people before, during and long after event day.
