The All Blacks have played Fiji nine times before, but not since 2011 in what was the final Test match at Carisbrook in Dunedin. The first match against Fiji was in Suva in 1974, with the All Blacks pipping the home side that day 14-13.
The first of the back-to-back Tests against South Africa at Forsyth Barr Stadium, Dunedin on Saturday 25 September will be an extra special occasion – it will be the 100th Test match between the two famous foes, played in the 100th year anniversary of New Zealand and South Africa’s rich rugby history, in the same city as that first ever Test. (Played at Carisbrook on 13 August 1921, the All Blacks won 13-5).

Due to ongoing travel restrictions and border closures in New Zealand and Australia, and the continued limitations around mass gatherings in Australia, the Rod Stewart – The Hits! 2020 tour of Australia and New Zealand, originally scheduled for November 2020, is to be rescheduled. Rod Stewart will now perform under the roof on Wednesday 6 April 2022. Tickets purchased remain valid for the rescheduled show.
